My Hearthstone broke

Hi there,

I have been playing Hearthstone for over a year now, investing many hours and a fair amount of money into the game.

I woke up this morning to play some, but was greeted by this...

All of the classes are now locked, all of my decks are unplayable and I can't even play a game to unlock the other classes since even Mage is locked.

Any suggestions or ideas would be of great help,
