      @ben_heathstone Yeah, there was a bit of technical jargon that usually stays behind the scenes in there. "Heal-up" just refers to when we write a custom process to fix the data after some issue has happened. (To "heal" what was damaged.)

        @Celestalon @ben_heathstone Yeah, this post was more technical than we normally go, but it felt like the best way to explain this situation. And on the plus side, the Bens out there get to learn a fun new term.
