Seeing some people saying they have less than they started with before the fix. I had the engineers spot-check 6 different of these accounts and all of them are actually right where they started. I’ve seen no evidence that anyone has less than they started with before all this.

        @WickedGood Yes, definitely had a few of them spend some dust in between adjustments and then not count that in their “before and after.”

          @hsdecktech @WickedGood just for clarification - are you saying that what happened was that you just removed the amount of dust you got from the bug? So if I was to craft anything with the dust from the bug, it would cause me to lose that much dust after the patch?

        @Diego8833 Correct, it sounds like you actually were supposed to receive less than 1600 (like most people), so when they reverted the change you went to 0 because of what you spent in the meantime.

      @hsdecktech I wish I'd never seen you post about going negative and spent the dust, feels like a lot of people mad out really good while they had extra on hand and others who waited to be honest and see what happens got shafted. This was a very disappointing mess.

      @hsdecktech I had about 3.5k, got 8800x2, assumed 2nd amount was error and spent about 10k but now have zero. Is the original 8800 amount wrong? (apart from being doubled?)

      @hsdecktech Not only did I somehow end up with less dust (pop-up says 2400 awarded, now I have 1240 which is less than I had prior), I have cards missing from my decks that were previously completed.

      @hsdecktech Just asking here because I have no idea where else to look/ask but I was given 8k (starting at less than 100, might have been 0 unsure tbh) and I checked just now and im back to under 100 dust. I opened around 200 packs for the expac, does that sound like something went wrong?

        @hsdecktech To clarify, I didn't craft/buy anything with the dust I was given, just logged in, received the 8k or so dust, logged off, log back on today and now its gone. Unsure if I should or shouldn't have gotten any dust with 200~ packs opened and every card collected of the expac.

          @NotCabo No, that sounds correct: the 8k dust was a mistake and the mistake was just undone, putting you back where you started. The initial bug was unrelated to packs.

      @hsdecktech I think I had about 5k of dust or 4k and a little more, the thing is that they gave me 8k that became 16k, I made a golden legendary and another normal and now I only have 380, I think I lost a lot of dust xd

        @FranciscoOsman3 Golden Legendary is 3200 and regular is 1600. If you started with around 5k dust and then spent 4800, then having 380 left sounds correct.

      @hsdecktech More than 6 accts are being checked, right? Seems a very small sample for a concern this big. Yes, I am prob wrong and I actually have the right amount of dust, but folks made decisions based on this mistake. I would not have crafted what I did if I knew dust amt was wrong. Thx!

        @migrayn Yeah, the 6 was just my asks for additional checks on community members after it was run and the dev team had confidence it worked as intended. I know CS has also done several checks on people who contacted them. There’s more checking done and planned for today in both groups.

          @hsdecktech I just wanted to mention that there may have been another bug that popped up for a few people, including myself. I think some bot may have labeled the extra dust as “exploited resources”, and suspended mine and a few other accounts because of it.

            @BobAllen_ My understanding is that customer service responded to or is in the process of responding to several player reports about this whole thing, but what you’re describing is sounds like you spent dust and then added dust to your account between the first error and the fix.

          @GorkyShawn For Americas, yes. For the other regions, it's in progress. If you had it deleted, then I'd guess it was processed. You can make a report if you think you didn't get anything for it.

          @DallinFrank The engineers are telling me that would not have been part of this. They put in IDs for specific cards and Mankrik wasn't on that list. I'd put in a support ticket for them to take a look at your specific situation.

        @1973SLS No, the message is tied to the first erroneous grant. They did the underlying fix first and are now looking into turning that off for people who haven’t already logged in to see it.

      @hsdecktech Hello, was curious if there was supposed to be any dust compensation for the golden uncraftable cards? I got a notification that I received 8800 dust. Had about twice that in my account and crafted two legendaries. Have zero dust now. Should I have gotten 8800 initially?
