      And it's not just about throwing opportunities to every small creator. It's about identifying consistency as well and rewarding that dedication. When I'm evaluating risk vs reward (won't elaborate on that today) a creator's consistency plays a huge role in that. So this 🧵is

        actually sort of a shoutout/appreciation post. In early December I made a list of HS youtube accts that we hadn't previously worked with much (or at all) and I made notes on how often they published, sub count, etc. I had a bit of free time today so I revisited and updated #s

                  @alkali_layke A creator I would like to get some more attention is @JordanMGs. Extremely high effort, high quality content, consistent posting, just needs that initial boost and he will blow up

                    @jrhsk8 @JordanMGs Always nice to find new creators. Thanks for the tag! So for "boost" and "will blow up" notes...I usually like to see longer range consistency. Rewarding consistency. I've seen smaller creators get "bumps/boosts" when they weren't ready/prepared and that's not great either.

      @alkali_layke What do you include in the list of content creation? Streaming and videos only, or are there also things like guides, articles, meta reports, etc?

        @HS_Copa This post was yt specific because it's easier to show stats, but we look at everything. Press is something handled by a different team though. Websites often fall into that category. I usually look at things like podcasts, streams, yt, social "news" page, etc.

            @HS_Copa Yes. And some opportunities fit certain creators very well and some don't. For example, we recently had a social opportunity that didn't end up happening. But for that we needed creators with a clear pleasant speaking voice. Each situation is different.

      @alkali_layke As someone who is an affiliate but only averages 5-10 people a stream I’d love to see program focuses on how to level up. Maybe tiered resources like a welcome intro kit. Then as you get larger resources for networking/raiding/areas that are underserved.

        @rgbowencom We are currently working on things like this now :) We want our creators to have a clear path to grow with Hearthstone, but we want to do it right so it will take some more time.
