I don’t really follow the Olympics, but days ago I called out that it sucks that the ice isn’t cleaned up between skates bc someone could get stuck. Just happened to one of the top skaters and caused a fatal error in an otherwise perfect run. That’s a bummer.

      @hsdecktech Which type of skates are you referring to? With Speed Skating (yes I am Dutch, I grew up with Speed Skating), they clean the ice after a given number of races, exactly for this. It's protocol, and applied on the Olympics as well. The have the machines, why not use them for all?

        @Mandatar5 Figure skating in this case. I assume they do the same and this guy got unlucky. It was just wild that the first problem I thought of after 1 second of watching the sport came through at the highest level.
