Workout this morning was trash tier, but I went, and that's what matters - anything is better than nothing. Some days just be like that. I'm sleeping more, but I think I need more still while my muscle fibers are constantly knitting back together. So tired. Poor flesh.

I remember I first learned about how muscles and bones heal after I broke my arm in Poland - I went kinda loopy and obsessed over how it all happens. That word "knitting" to describe it is wild, innit? Picturing that is something else. Bodies are insane.

@Sunset_SC2 Are you familiar with the Shadow and Bone series? Their "materialki", "corporalki" and Tailors describe that affect in the books in such a cool way.

@Sunset_SC2 The first 3 in the series are okay. It really gets wayyy better when you get to the Six of Crow stuff. (Netflix spliced the two storylines)
