A Chinese player said he created a new account and get 11x bonus. When he reached his first legend he got the first place with very high mmr(after 3 days, 4 streak on 2rd can't hit the top) seems that new account always have high mmr, is this your team wanna see?@Celestalon

      @Tonysun810 There was a bug that was causing this that we found, that has been fixed for 22.4.

        @Celestalon thx! But I still have a question, will he be removed from #1 or stay the same after patch 22.4? The latter may means that he'll keep #1 with no extra game this month...
