It's nice to be popular! But I've been getting overwhelmed by tags from things I don't work on & can't help with. If you have non-duels related bugs or feedback, please post in the official forums: https://t.co/POM3sL24RW Thanks!

@hsdecktech @fusrohdaniel I don't know who is supposed to be handling that stuff, but I just ignored on the forums (if I get a response it's from other players). It really disheartens one from continuing to use that platform for reporting bugs.

@hsdecktech @fusrohdaniel I reported 2 bugs in the website section, both ignored, one has been fixed one in the meantime the other is still around since 2022 I reported 4 bugs in game, all ignored, 1 may not be considered a bug, the other 3 have since then been fixed showing that they were actually bug

@D0nkeyHS @fusrohdaniel Their job is to take the reports and process them for fixing (if appropriate), not necessarily have conversations with the people reporting there. Not to say the system is ideal, but just to say that "no response" is not the same as "ignored."

@hsdecktech @fusrohdaniel Though I may be mistaken on the bug being around for months part, but it's happened at least a month

@D0nkeyHS @fusrohdaniel Bug triaging and prioritization is a separate process than bug intake. Sometimes bugs stick around because they can't be replicated, the solution can't be found, or they're just not as big a priority as other bugs.

@hsdecktech @fusrohdaniel And it's not like they were fixed right away so that I could think that somebody from blizz read my report but didn't reply, going by the replies of other people it happened that a bug was around for months after I reported it before being fixed.

@hsdecktech @fusrohdaniel When it's like this, why should I choose to use the forums?
              • hsdecktech

Posted 4 years, 1 month ago (Source)
@D0nkeyHS @fusrohdaniel If you want to report bugs, you report them to the forums because that's where you report bugs.

@hsdecktech @fusrohdaniel If reporting a bug there doesn't affect whether a bug ends up getting fixed then I might as well write my reports on a piece of paper and throw the paper away.

@D0nkeyHS @fusrohdaniel You're assuming the conclusion. The fact is that reporting bugs *does* affect whether it ends up getting fixed. Being the first to report a bug puts it on the list. Being the Nth to report a bug can help with assessing the bug, which is needed for fixing and triaging.

@fusrohdaniel Tbh both you and @Tabayrak are examples, comunication and reaction wise. I'd ask a bit more consistency on passives/buckets, but also understando the thin line here. For me, kasakusan proves how exceeding duels have become over time 💚💚

@peagaa_HS @Tabayrak I look up to Ates and try to emulate him. So that's very good to hear, thank you. That thin line is one designers have to walk and I don't envy them that.
