I found a really useful trick for hunting down big machines in Horizon Forbidden West for upgrade parts: dump points into the Machine skill tree, override an Acid Clawstrider & set it to aggressive. Made taking out Thunderjaws a lot easier.

      @Binkenstein Does that work because you can summon it as a mount, so can effectively bring it with you to fight the heavyweights, wherever they are?

        @Celestalon Because you can summon it as a mount, otherwise you'll have to travel the whole way "normally" rather than by fast travel.

          @Binkenstein Right, gotcha. Never considered using mounts as a combat pet, but that makes a lot of sense.
