      The Core cards have the wrong symbol on them, but they are the correct cards.

          @ASMRxism I haven’t heard anything about shifting the rarities on cards. I’d assume they stay the same. Since all the cards are free, I don’t think it’s a big difference that they felt compelled to 1:1 on.

      @hsdecktech With the corset updated why did some card stay/come to corset that are redundant? Like why did ooze stay in when you have viper the superior version?

        @JNytemarePierce That’s a design question, but I can say that, generally, the purpose of things like the Core set is to give building blocks. Sometimes that means cards that players can see exciting improvements to. And, to the direct Q, there are times when you’d rather have Ooze than Viper.

          @hsdecktech I don't see it, I don't see why I would take up a deck slot for two mana at 3/2 that destroys the opponent's weapon over a 3 Mana 3/4 that does the same thing but also has tradable.

            @JNytemarePierce I mean, it has already happened last year—not often, but a couple times—so it’s not like some unheard of possibility. Most likely in decks that care about specific beasts but also want weapons. And we don’t know what the next year holds.
