Having fun while losing is one of the most important skills for players of competetive genres to develop. If you can't have fun losing you're burning yourself out half the time. Many in the Fighting Game Community are masters at this. TCGs can learn a lot from the FGC here. 🧵

@fusrohdaniel This is something I struggle with more than anything in Hearthstone as I am such an incredibly bad loser but almost always in the moment. Duels has honestly helped me a lot in this regard and I've noticed I'm feeling less worn out as a result

@ZeddyHS @fusrohdaniel Honestly I still think Duels has a long way to go in this department. I think Battlegrounds handles winning and losing best I would love to revamp that system for duels.

@Tabayrak @ZeddyHS @fusrohdaniel For a second I thought this was referring to the MMR system but for the most part I personally enjoy duels by far the most, win or lose. The only times I don’t enjoy myself is when I lose games where I got to make 0 meaningful choices, where nothing I did could’ve let me win

@Robins_compass @ZeddyHS @fusrohdaniel Yeah like what if you didn't "lose" life but instead play 12 games and at the end you get your mmr/rank right or even something like you don't lose life's in your first 3 games.
