        @Celestalon I haven’t read the opinion yet, but assuming OP is faithfully explaining it: cops can just get internet activity, without warrant or anything, if that person agreed to TOS that say they agree their data will be provided in cooperation with law enforcement (like all TOS do).

            @Celestalon Actually, might not be as bad as I initially thought. This looks like just a gov request to preserve the info, probably still need a warrant to access. The lack of analysis and reliance on TOS are a little shocking, but I’m no longer freaking out.
