I knew this was coming, but that didn’t make it any easier. I’ve cried more in the last week than I have in a long, long time. He was my little buddy who had been my constant companion for the last ten of his almost sixteen years. But we can never have enough time with them. https://t.co/krEu2fa9Zm

I’m absolutely heartbroken right now, but that’s because of how much joy he brought to my life. And I know he brought that joy to others. I couldn’t walk him down the street without overhearing children - or adults - fawning over how cute he was. https://t.co/gEx7mIokgA

I have so many amazing memories with him, from how excited he always was for his breakfast, to how he stealthily ate all of the prosciutto one year at thanksgiving, to throwing him elaborate birthdays, to when he pretty much literally saved my life when I was in a very dark place https://t.co/NE3r2sXk7T
