Right now, I am going through Hearthstone withdrawl. I really, really, really want to play Hearthstone right now! But... I cannot. Why? Because a big important Hearthstone patch just came out. That's the reason.

Hearthstone is specifically accessible to the blind beeause of a mod called Hearthstone Access. And just to reiterate, that is awesome and amazing and we love you @guide_dev But this also means that, whenever Hearthstone is patched, we lose it until...

until the ultra-amazing @guide_dev can fix the mod, which includes accounting for any mechanics that may have been added or changed, update the patcher, and send it out to us.

The point I'm making here is that, as good as some accessibility mods are, they aren't ultimately the answer. Ideally, accessibility should of course be considered from the start of development, and owned by the company. This would enable everyone to enjoy a huge update...
