      -waited in line for an hour -waited at the counter for another hour while the rep and her trainee booked me half a trip home, DROPPED MY CONFIRMED FLIGHT FOR THE NEXT DAY, unbooked the half trip, and couldn't get me back the flight -sent to STL with a standby flight for tonight

        i have a flight for tomorrow but tonight will involve 4 more hours of waiting for standby or booking a hotel at my own cost in a city i had no expectation of visiting. no luggage either. @AmericanAir i don't know if i have ever been this unhappy.
