      Similarly, Lady Vashj was unalived in Outland and is now a Baroness in the Necrolord covenant as well! You'll see a lot of characters in this expansion that you recognize from previous Hearthstone expansions, because they now exist in the Shadowlands.

          Also like, to be fair, we're being a bit vague about who is deceased. Murloc Holmes? Rafaam??? We try to align with WoW lore, but we also give ourselves license to be silly and to tell stories that don't 100% fit.

                @Mathamagicia @DevSpacePrez So like you're dead. But sometimes you're not? Like the whole story I guess of the Shadowlands is that you're not dead but you're there. So you're mostly dead? Or not.

      @Songbird_HS If Denathrius was murdered in the Shadowlands, where'd he go? Wasn't he already kinda dead? I thought @SteveDanuser said that deaths in the Shadowlands meant the souls faced oblivion, but I could be wrong!
