Our last stop this vacation is a “glamping” spot where you rent a “tent” (more like a little cabin) and set off into the nearby national park and/or harbor town. https://t.co/4G15Pf71Hr

Went to Bar Harbor today. It’s a cute little tourist town that seemed to hold every single person within 50 miles from here. Lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and tchotchkes-shops. We spent a couple hours there and pretty much walked the whole place. https://t.co/JuKQvs9BH2

Today we did activities! Spending the rest of the night making s’mores, finishing our wine, and packing up to head out tomorrow. https://t.co/hT0LTiQ8am

@BitBeaker Just Portland a few days ago and the Bar Harbor area for the last couple days. Heading out tomorrow morning, back to the real world.

@hsdecktech May I ask for activity and/or restaurant recommendations for Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island. Will be there next week

@CronenAngi Sure! But wasn’t a ton to do in Bar Harbor, tbh. We went to a restaurant (there are several), walked around and checked out the shops, grabbed an ice cream (again, several options), and then sat in the park.

@CronenAngi In the wider area, we also went kayaking on a pond and went for a hike that was attached to the place we were staying.

@ShinobiHaruka We were just talking about how cool it would be to do this with a bunch of friends in the neighboring tents!

@hsdecktech How much per night are these? Im guessing similar ones in Santa Barbara are like $300-500 a night lmao

@ShinobiHaruka We have a travel budget and wife doesn’t tell me how she spends it because she knows it’ll make me mad… I assume these are pretty pricey. 😅

@CrunchTime4L Btw, apologies for BMing and doing max damage every time and over killing by like 70–I’m too vacationed to calculate exact combo lethals, lol
