First, as some of you guessed, it is based on your Standard ladder rank, not Wild rank or any other mode’s progress. It’s a test this time, so if it comes back again it might expand later.

Second, I didn’t know this, but it’s also an “A/B” test. That means not all Standard players will see these offers, and the shop team is seeing how both the people offered and those not offered respond, and the overall effect.

And third, that tier’s offer pops up within a few hours of you hitting that tier, and upon login—so that’s why there’s a little delay with each one popping up.

@hsdecktech Thanks for the clarifications, that's some layered logic. I'd imagine there is also another level to add depending on whether someone might've disabled "personalized shop offers" in Hearthstone options (and Bnet? I can't quite recall where I saw it).

@hsdecktech Hi there :) what about situation when i’ve got in game pop up about these bundle (diamond) but it dosnet appear in my shop? (Using Mobile phone)

@stebelinski Did you get the other offers along the way and just not that one yet? Or none of them at all? I could see the in-game message and the shop having very slightly different timing that could cause weird edge cases, but a total disconnect would clearly be an issue.

@HS_Copa I’m not on that team so I don’t know, but tracking sentiment and spending habits are the first things that come to mind. Tracking play patterns and reviews might also be possible.

@hsdecktech Thanks for the info! I’m kinda fascinated by the “shop team” and would be very interested if they were ever able to do an AMA or even a blog on their role and plans for Hearthstone shop things. 🤓
