@snglttrs It won't be great regardless, but if you're going to refreeze it, stir it every 30 minutes or so. Also officially I recommend you do not eat it.

@coL_Sottle @snglttrs Yeah, dairy products that have been left out sound like a bad idea, even if you re-chill them.

@Celestalon @coL_Sottle @snglttrs Depends how long. You can try mixing it with flour and baking powder and an egg or two and make a decent cake, so long as the milk hasn't gone bad.
