For reference, Locations used to take up 2 spaces on the board and you would socket a minion into the center to activate them. They looked very cool, but they were not very fun to play with. :/

@jcandance @Songbird_HS Locations were originally planned for last year, so that's probably a location of the Park District in Stormwind.
