      @ClarkHELLSCREAM A really simple meal is: - 1 lb ground meat (lean turkey if trying to be healthy, hamburger if not) - 1 jar pace salsa Dump both into a pan and cook em. Serve over rice or veggies or in a tortilla, whatever.

      @ClarkHELLSCREAM There's 4 in my house and one of the best things I do for myself to save time/ money + eat healthy is buy two rotisserie chickens a week. They're $5ea. That's crazy cheap for that much meat and delicious. De-bone and use it for fast meals. The kids throw it on a tortilla w/chz

        @ClarkHELLSCREAM Add on to this comment...I buy bagged salads ($3each) and in less than 5 min I can make a salad and throw rotisserie chicken on it. It's my lunch almost every day. GG EZ
