Three important points about Runestones: 1) Prices are not changing, and Runestone prices are based on US pricing (100 Runestones per $1). Prices should still be very clear. (1/3)

      2) We've chosen Runestone bundle sizes to exactly match the top selling products, and minimize wasted Runestones. (2/3)

        3) They allow us to offer smaller products for sale, like individual BG skins or emotes. (3/3)

@Celestalon What is the advantage of adding Runestones other than creating confusion or excess currency unspent? How does this benefit the average player? I would love to hear any reasoning as to why this makes things an improvement over just buying items with money for the exact price.

@hsdecktech @Celestalon Why can't you just price them for less money than? Is there a restriction on that?

@ZeddyHS @Celestalon This is the way we were able to make that happen.

@hsdecktech @ZeddyHS @Celestalon Will Runestones be used only for cosmetics? If they’re a cosmetics only currency, that probably would help alleviate a lot of concerns about the currency.

@marshall5912 @ZeddyHS @Celestalon No, not just cosmetic. It is basically just replacing the IRL money option in most cases for most products. Including gameplay stuff like packs or the season pass.

@hsdecktech @ZeddyHS @Celestalon Why do we need runestones if we already have gold? Why I can’t buy runestones with gold? Is gold going to be useless?

@Celestalon But not all products? So there will be wasted runestones? Why not skip the extra layer and just let people buy what they want with real money?

@Celestalon But can we still buy multiple packs at once with gold?
