@alkali_layke @TheCantelope @DekksterGaming @Chris_Attalus (I assume you carne asada and chicken are the half you know) Adobada: think gyros, but pork and Mexican seasonings Buche: Cheeks/lips, usually beef. Very tasty, rich, texture is kinda like very firm tofu but can also be fall apart tender Lengua: Tongue, see above
