Name a game that hooks you right from the start. I want your favorite game that teaches you how to play it as you play. I want games with deep repeatable systems that from the first hour make you go, "Oh I want more of this!"

@themattlondon Original Portal is the first thing to come to mind. Most recent success for this was Psychonauts 2, but that game was also just a success in every respect and I need people to play it.

@themattlondon In recent times, I started playing the Marvel Spiderman game on Steam for the first time ever and it's blown me away. They immediately start you off slinging webs around the city and I immediately was like holy smokes I NEED to do this for a couple hours after the tutorial.

@themattlondon I think most puzzle games fit the request very well. One of my favorite games that comes to mind is Baba is You. From the start you are presented with a basic set of rules to tamper with. The tutorial level alone has so many ways to beat it once you realize how the game works. https://t.co/5sfDRciLBH

@AcelgaUri I think it starts this way, but after the first ten or so there’s a huge leap in extrapolation and difficulty that I found hard to push through.

@themattlondon Probably not the answer you are looking for, but Hearthstone is that game.

@themattlondon Thought you were looking for a new game to get hooked on.

@fishonaheater No I mean why Hearthstone for you? Genuinely curious.
