          @themattlondon I actually finished playing through CoS (as a player) just a few months ago, and let me tell you: do NOT try to truncate it. The reason is there isn't really a plot, it's much more of a real adventure where there's an end goal and everything else is subsidiary, which means

            @themattlondon you get lots of character development, setting, etc., but whether you skip Bonegrinder or not, spend extra time at Vallaki or not, whatever, it won't really change much, but cutting back on everything will harm the mood of your game, it'll be much more generic

              @DevalionHS I’ve run it three times. Two of them 6+ month campaigns. I have a tight version that adheres to the structure of the original and I think does a good job of hitting all the beats. And it doesn’t kidnap half a year of your players’ lives.
