In my last round of job interviews, I realized something about myself and interviewing. If I am not making up an answer on the spot but instead repeating an answer that I've come up with before (to same/similar questions), I don't sound authentic.

@JeffAHamilton definitely find myself to be the opposite the more i answer the same question the easier it is to make the answer entertaining while hitting all the same major points
