      @MrBanksHS I'm sorry...I cannot fix such things (and you don't want me to lol). But I see you have a support article up and that's perfect. Please fill our a support ticket and they'll get you patched up. Wish I could help but soooooper outside of my area of expertise.

          @alkali_layke I’m in the United States Navy and I can only play in short bursts. When I can’t play I try and fix it. If I can’t fix it, (pending it’s not on my end) then I have to contact you. I’m at a disadvantage every moment I cannot play. Waiting for an email is unacceptable!
