@Celestalon @LiquidUte Are you the guy who nerfed ring of frost and introduced shared DRs with deep freeze, making my pvp life miserable

@lyynnnHS @LiquidUte "Are you the guy who nerfed..." is usually a yes. But in this case, no. I primarily focused on PvE balance. There were people much more skilled at and in tune with the PvP meta to handle that sort of PvP-specific thing.
