        @lil_robitussin1 @imik_plays He faked his own death. It was an elaborate and yet poorly thought out scheme to pit all of his enemies against each other. Murloc Holmes foiled his (really not good) plans, and discovered he had never actually been murdered.

          @lil_robitussin1 @imik_plays I really wish we had a better method of telling the story in the client. :( In the future I probably wouldn't do a narrative heavy set if we don't have the resources for a solo adventure of some sort.

            @Songbird_HS @lil_robitussin1 I'm personally missing the story-telling adventures accompanying the sets. :( Or any new adventures in general. Unlocking cards by beating bosses is something that made me want to play the game a lot back in 2014-15.

              @imik_plays @lil_robitussin1 I liked the sense of accomplishment it brought with getting the cards. I wasn't on the team at the time so I don't know anything internal for that era, but it was really fun as a player.

            @Songbird_HS @lil_robitussin1 @imik_plays Obviously without spoiling anything, but are we gonna get any proper conclusion within the game or in a trailer? It sort of feels like if we move on to the next expansion without really seeing the outcome of the story it’ll feel a bit…abrupt?

              @DelayBasedSleep @lil_robitussin1 @imik_plays Yeah. :/ Unfortunately we don't have anything else planned to expand on the story of Nathria. Maybe I'll write out my headcanon story someday lol.

(someone has to, players love Hearthstone and I think it deserves to be answered). How is it possible to write a story without thinking of publishing the ending? I'm not looking for a fault, but to understand. Not enough time?

He says "I am Revendreth!", but it was intended to go along with the play line "You dare to defy Revendreth?" which we recorded but didn't end up using. Grinds my gears.
