        @hsdecktech Is it intended that dormant minions doesn't count ? I may have misunderstood the card :/

          @TLaratt I’m not a designer, but Dormant minions never count as being “in play,” while Dormant so it makes sense to me that it doesn’t count them. I’m 99% sure both interactions are intended.
