I just found out that if your deck is empty, this does not do damage. Is that intended? @PlayHearthstone @Celestalon https://t.co/6rIfFocttB

        @Celestalon @TheToucherHS @PlayHearthstone @celestalon Discussion elsewhere..... Are fatigue cards minions or spells? In relation to this interaction.

        @Celestalon @TheToucherHS @PlayHearthstone Since mark of scorn only cares whether the thing drawn is a minion or not, does that mean fatigue is a minion?

          @Jkirek_ @TheToucherHS @PlayHearthstone No, it means you didn't draw a card.

            @Celestalon @TheToucherHS @PlayHearthstone So will mark of scorn get a text update to "if it's a minion or not a card" to address this difference in functionality?

              @Jkirek_ @TheToucherHS @PlayHearthstone Mark of Scorn says "Draw a card. If it's not a minion...". So it draws a card, and then checks if that card is [anything other than a minion]. That second part fails, so nothing happens. It's like playing an Amalgam of the Deep on an empty board.
