@MorelloNMST @jasonschreier Tbf if other companies (blizz,riot,bungo) included potential bonuses and potential equity or signing bonuses in their $ range it would probably be similarly wide.

@MorelloNMST @jasonschreier I'll probably write a thread on pay transparency stuff later tl:dr think this version of pay transparency is great and gives people the necessary info big pay ranges are a good thing for director+ it's mostly worthless because equity/bonus make up most your salary
