spoiler alert: a lot of them do not get hit. but some do. sometimes i earned the fuck out of the ones i hit and sometimes it’s a funny monkey’s-paw-curling type situation to get there. it’s always enjoyable, at least, to reflect if nothing else.

i think it is good mostly because it forces me to ask the question: what would i do with my life sans constraints? it also allows me to understand what i value and what i most fear. (one of mine from this year was “grow my work role meaningfully after taking maternity leave.”)

surprisingly, i hit most of mine for this year. there were a few i didn’t: become gold ranked in league (lol), run a 10k (also lol) and travel internationally with the baby (peak lol). but hey, maybe those are candidates for 2023. we’ll see.
