      I'm trying so hard (and failing) to not have a social media meltdown. There is a huge part of me that wants to scream virtually and physically, and to dissect the unfairness of this industry, but I cannot do that and still work in it.

        I am well aware it is a tough time for everyone - I especially feel for those in orgs making cuts right now. I'm not the only one hurting. I've spent more than three years being broken mentally and last year had to take some time to rebuild myself. But that wasn't allowed.
