        @alkali_layke to that note, it would have been nice if on the application where we could have said some of this like "oh and I've run a couple events , i do things on three different youtubes for different projects, whatever. A way to elevator pitch for the "other".

        @alkali_layke How important is “being seen” if you’re WELL BELOW the requirements? I average about 14 viewers a stream at 23 followers. Obviously I’d LOVE to join the program eventually, but at less than 1% of the requirements isn’t a good sign to start 😂

          @LWaechter25 I can understand your feelings on this. Having been a content creator for 7 yrs (previous to this job) I understand the struggle. But with every "exception" we make we have to consider if it's worth applying to all, and letting everyone in at 1% requirements isn't possible.

        @alkali_layke This is what I meant by "Copium button". What's the difference between this and what small streamers were doing before, which was crossing their fingers for an email from their CM? Now we're just putting our business email in a form instead of our bio.

          @alkali_layke Like, there are a lot of people you all were working with already that aren't close to those requirements. If you don't even need to meet the requirements anyways, than listing them at all was a massive mistake.

        @lulnenko Hearthstone has been around a long time. There is a lot of Content Creators globally. A team of regional Community Managers set these guidelines together based on our knowledge of global content creation. Currently, this seems fair. We'll readjust if we need to.

      @alkali_layke I thought the content creator program was to help develop content creators and grow the game? This doesn’t do any of that. In fact it looks like it targeted to whale content creators who don’t currently play hearthstone. Incredibly disheartening.

        @rgbowencom I made Hearthstone content for years. I grew my stream from 0k followers to over 10k before I stopped streaming. Personally, I would have loved to have a program like this when I was building my stream. Anything really, we had nothing. I wish I had something like this back then.
