Main reason is minion types have a lot of balance implications in BGs (both for synergies and what lobbies minions appear in), and we don't want to give Beasts Divine Shield through Pupbot, and don't want things like Metaltooth Leaper to appear in non-Mech lobbies. https://t.co/e3YklasChl
