      @DrAnnaFunk Southerners have secretly been super progressive about being gender neutral for longer than any of us. But also, I've lived in California my entire life, and no one bats an eye when I say "y'all" unless it's also paired with a fine "Hella" in the same sentence.

        @annafunk @DrAnnaFunk You two chatting to each other on my feed made me do a double take. Also, I picked up y’all in college and I like it, but I do sometimes still get a few minor looks about it.
