@DrEvel_hs Create! When I feel this way I paint, make cosplay or work on a house project. Seeing good that I create from my own hands makes me feel like everything isn't ugly. Adult coloring books help. I love the swearword ones with pretty calligraphy & flowers that make ugly words pretty
