Tony's deck-swapping effect is an Aura, NOT a Battlecry. meaning if Tony gets silenced or killed or sapped or put dormant or something like that, your decks will swap back! and having more than 1 Tony on the board won't swap multiple times - your decks are either swapped or not! https://t.co/OP4s83HMXR

@MyntyPhresh Imma just say, it should be spelled "Both players' decks" or "Each player's deck", but not "Both player's decks".

@V_G50 @MyntyPhresh @MyntyPhresh He’s correct about the grammar on this card

@MyntyPhresh Hi, thank you. Shuffling sth in my deck while this in play works normally? i.e. it's shuffled in my opponent's?

@komis_vlahoulas it'll be shuffled into whatever deck youre drawing from

@MyntyPhresh This is Tony Two-Tusk from Battlegrounds, right?

@Sieckmeyer yes!!! he was one of the first named characters i put in the spreadsheet because in WoW he can be found in Thousand Needles!

@MyntyPhresh So playing Tony means you swap but your opponent playing a second one doesn't swap them back? Also, I'm still not clear on what Finale does. Maybe I missed it somewhere.

@BitBeaker @MyntyPhresh Finale is: if playing this card spends the remainder of your mana, gain the effect. It is the finale of your turn since you're now out of mana.

@BitBeaker @MyntyPhresh What I really want to know is if a Finale card is discounted down to 0 and you have no mana and play the 0-mana Finale card, do you get the Finale effect even though no mana was spent?

            Posted 3 years ago (Source)
@Busy_Peon @BitBeaker yes. functionally, Finale cards are just checking "hey do you have 0 mana left" when theyre played

@BitBeaker correct, if theres 1 Tony on the board, or 2+ Tonys on the board (regardless of owners), the decks are only swapped once

@MyntyPhresh I'm sorry what does an aura mean?
      • MyntyPhresh

        Posted 3 years ago (Source)
@itwasjas72 its a constant effect while this is in play, similar to Sorcerer's Apprentice

@MyntyPhresh Does steam cleaner wipe both decks out?
      • MyntyPhresh

        Posted 3 years ago (Source)
@HoomanTheHuman_ nah you now have your opponents whole deck, but that deck still has every card that it started with both Togwaggle and Tony say "swap decks", not "swap every card in each deck"

@MyntyPhresh Wath happen if my deck is empty, líke playing the jailer?
      • MyntyPhresh

        Posted 3 years ago (Source)
@DamianSan33 the "deck swapping" logic is the same as toggwaggle. if your deck is empty, youll still swap, so your opponent gets the empty deck

@MyntyPhresh with evolve swap too or must play it

@HossamHamdyHS if hes on the board, the aura is valid
    • Leolph

@MyntyPhresh If he is made dormant, the aura is cancelled and the decks swap back. Does that mean if he awakes, the decks swap again?
      • MyntyPhresh

        Posted 3 years ago (Source)
@Leolph Yup, same behavior as any other aura effect!
