          @TheGodOfTheDeep Uh, I’ve never heard of someone being charged and not getting what they paid for. I’d say restart the client to make sure and then, yeah, contact CS and see what they can do.

        @Delleloper There’s a group dedicated to handling live ops issues, then everyone else is invited to play and report live issues that they see (if they can step away from their normal work). I tend to be a bit in both camps, since I get tagged in and report A LOT of live issues.
