Inspired by @UltiKon_HS Outcast DH, I decided to add the Spell package to give us a reason to play Relic, as well as Lifesteal combos. The Souls are Silvermoon for Lifesteal (obvious), Queen for Ring (for MultiStrikes), and Fizzle for match ups where you need more damage. https://t.co/ny6BuXRceq
