I’m listening to @TACpodcast now, like I have every week for literally years, and I’m getting emotional again.

You all have been pillars of the community for so long, that it feels surreal. I can’t thank you enough, both as a fan and as a Hearthstone employee.

I was a couple years late to the Hearthstone podcast space, but I picked it up when I had to start commuting for my job and TAC made me actually look forward to LA traffic. Even after the commute left, I always listened as soon as the pod hit my feed.

After a while making my own content, I got asked to guest on the show! It was such an honor; I was so pumped. I ditched half a day of my lawyer job so I could get all set up and make the showtime. I apparently went so hard in the show notes that it shocked Garrett (lol).

Some of the devs that were listening to that podcast later told me that they were impressed with my appearance, and you know I put it on my app, so I think it’s fair to say that TAC helped me build the overall package that would ultimately get me my dream job.

But TAC was more than a show. I met up with Joce and Garrett at Blizzcon and they embraced me with open arms. We sat and talked music and Star Wars for hours. I immediately felt like I’d know Garrett for years. We’ve gotten to hang a few times since and it’s always a blast.

Hat wasn’t on the show at the time, but we also met up separately and recorded a podcast. He’s one of the nicest, smartest, and most considerate people I’ve ever met. I’ve considered Hat a friend for years and I’m excited to finally start working with him soon.

All of that to say that I love this show and I love you all. I hope you’re so proud of all you’ve done here, and I hope to see you all again at the next Blizzcon, casting event, meet up, or whatever. I’ll always be a fan. Peace, mothercluckers!

@hsdecktech hey now you can call up hat on teams, or slack and basically get on demand podcasting?

@TitoSantanaHS I suspect that Hat and I will (continue) talking very regularly, yeah. I kinda feel like he and I will be “Thing 1” and “Thing 2” coming into every Slack, meeting, and playtest.

@hsdecktech what's the most exciting new card from a future set you can't wait to show him?
