While he's given us so much in the hearthstone community, I think the most important contribution has been just being a pillar of positivity. It's easy to hate on things, and say "this sucks" when the game isn't in a place you want. Even when he's in the same

mindset (because that's just human nature) he shows us what you chose to do with that is an entirely different thing. If you listen to any of his shows, shows that he's been on, or read his tweets or articles, you are getting a masterclass on how to handle yourself

@TitoSantanaHS Hat told me he was going to make all his tweets as voice recording tweets instead of text tweets going forward, so we still get to hear his voice all the time. Also, so he can do some puns that only really work audibly.
