      @HowardMoonBG1 This seems to have only happened to a small batch of our NA applications. Our records show all notices as being "sent" but several ended up in spam or "other" folders. We can't know someone didn't recieve one without this kind of feedback. I'll take a look for you. 💙

          @BitBeaker @HowardMoonBG1 Adding you to my list to look at. 💙 not sure why this happened with a select email group but it's all starting to come together. All in my region too! So we'll get it sorted. I want everyone who's interested (even if it's not a yes yet) to have a line of communication open

        @alkali_layke @HowardMoonBG1 Brought this up in another tweet thread. I also did not get the denial email. I just want to make sure all of my information is perfect that when the time comes, we do not have the acceptance email never come to us.

          @ThisWeekinHS @HowardMoonBG1 We're going to follow up with both categories soon so everyone will be taken care of and opportunity for relationship building can begin. Almost there :) For the most part, everything has been super smooth so I'm not surprised to get a few bumps on the road, just sad that (1/2)

            @ThisWeekinHS @HowardMoonBG1 ...these are people affecting bumps. I think this affected about 60ish creators. That's too much. We know the problem and will fix it just not as fast as we'd like. Thanks for the patience.

      @HowardMoonBG1 I mean I got a we need more information email about you email which I replied to and sent 3 more emails about other things to try and "get to know" my community manager without a single response. Pointless at this point. The direct line to a community manager is just one way 🤷

        @TerryTGaming @HowardMoonBG1 Hey Terry, we're working on it. Got a bit overwhelmed with the volume of responses and trying to catch up 💙 it's one of the reasons we brought on another team member. We'll have it all resolved soon. Sorry that side of it has been a bit rocky.
