      @HamletEJ I believe the range (1702-2042) is the range when the aspect is at the item's ilvl (746). The actual amount (626) is based on what value it was when extracted. (So I'm guessing you extracted it off a much lower ilvl item)

        @Celestalon Right. I guess I figured it would move to the same spot proportionally in the new range, so you could use it the same way as typical %-based ones

          @HamletEJ Nope. However it does have an upside: these ilvl-scaling legendary powers scale with ilvl when they’re naturally on an item (but not when imprinted). So before you extract one, upgrade the item it’s on.
