Especially the part about feedback and notes. Players know when they're having fun or not but suggestions are often worthless. (Even my suggestions are often so out of touch as to be useless, its so complicated) https://t.co/5k6rEnXRaD

@DevSpacePrez Super agree. It's part of why my fav feedback is feelings feedback (e.g. this made me feel good, this made me feel confused, this made me feel frustrated: etc.) and desires feedback (e.g. I really wanted to be able to do x this game). Really helps me find the pain points

@LoewenMitchell Yeah that's all super useful. But it takes a keen eye to be able to reconcile exactly why those feelings are coming about. Its extremely subtle, and people may think something is the problem that isn't, or may overreact to how much change is necessary.

@LoewenMitchell And of course the biggest challenge is for anything X that you want changed, there's someone else out there who loves it just the way it is and would hate the change!

@DevSpacePrez Very true. I don't think I've ever made a change to a game that at least one person didn't like, even if the change on paper is an unambiguous improvement.
