At this point I'm not that interested in "constitutional law" arguments anymore. Sure, they can be fun and interesting, and if you practice in that arena then you need to be well versed in speaking the language, but outside of that, it doesn't really matter. Anybody the same?

      @zachwolfelaw Con Law was one of the hardest classes for me in law school because there aren’t actually any rules, it’s just a history class where you have to memorize whatever the court in power made up for any particular matter.
