I played on the PTR when it just came out and did 5+ games with ETC Garrosh and the mosh pit persisted every time, without fail, even without Tour Bus.

Was it patched? I can provide replays if needed.

Sorry, I clarified my original comment. On PTR this works no matter what, due to the existence of Tour Bus, but it won't when it hits live.
