Fix Hanamura's AFK detector
I'm pretty sure I'm not the first one who was kicked out of the match for AFK because, you know, noone come to you to contest and game was thinking you are doing nothing. Even though "doing nothing" is exactly what is the game objective. You are staying near and do nothing. This is extremely stupid and frustrational

Hey guys,
We've actually fixed this already, it just didn't make it out to PTR. When Hanamura hits live you shouldn't be getting AFK warnings for escorting the payload.
