Wanted to duck in to post 1 clarification, the Armor lasts 2 seconds.

Also, a few of these the Talents will likely change between when this was seen and when it goes live

I just hope he can keep up with the insane amount of healing that Malfurion can dish out... which btw is pretty broken xD

He shouldn't have the raw healing that a lot of our other healers have, but he'll have powerful burst protection (via Armor and burst healing).

Who gets the armor, Uther or the heal target?

Whoever gets the healing. But fun fact, something missed is that Holy Light now also heals Uther for a lesser amount if cast on someone else (similar to Tyrande's Light of Elune), and Holy Radiance has always healed Uther. So Uther will always get that Armor too.
